Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for communicating with the investment community, ensuring transparency, timeliness, and effectiveness. This involves building and nurturing influential relationships with external stakeholders, addressing their needs while navigating complex risks, and considering various factors to drive growth and market interest.
  • Prepare and manage reports for both management and external parties, particularly for earnings releases, presentations, and various meetings, that deliver strategic information about CEB, emphasizing key performance highlights, market and industry updates, and outlook with clear and impactful messaging. This requires close collaboration with finance and other internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and to provide necessary information for disclosures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, to address information requirements and inquiries. This requires insightful analyses of financial performance, peer benchmarks, industry trends, and other key developments within the investment landscape.
  • Possess advanced understanding and proficiency in the equity capital markets/ Philippine Stock Exchange, including fundamental drivers of market performance, valuation, and their interconnection with key industry and company share prices. Understanding of the aviation business and industry is an advantage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including financial disclosures, and align investor relations strategies with broader company objectives.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and business courses such as: Business Management/Administration, Economics, Accountancy, Management Engineering, etc.
  • Proven track record in investor relations, financial planning & analysis, or related roles within a publicly traded company, financial institution, or investor relations consultancy.
  • Experience in reporting and presentation to senior management, business owners, investors and other stakeholders
  • Background and experience in corporate planning and strategy, forecasting, business development and/or M&A is an advantage.
  • Background and experience in capital market systems /platforms is also an advantage.
